Returns & Exchange
Not quite right? Returns and exchanges are easy, within 7 days.

The window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.
How it works
Write to care@rawrenks.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll arrange a pickup where serviceable, or share a drop-off label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is received.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, final-sale and discounted pieces are exchange-only. Denim and tops in original condition are fully returnable.
